2. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

🚚 Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

Depending on customs inspections, local courier operations, or international logistics, delivery may occasionally require additional transit time.

The maximum estimated delivery period is 35 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Vainrow has no control over customs processing times or fees.

📍 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

⚠ Delays Beyond Our Control

Delays resulting from:

  • customs clearance;

  • transportation disruptions;

  • severe weather;

  • carrier delays;

  • labor strikes;

  • governmental actions;

  • force majeure events;

are outside the control of Vainrow and do not qualify for refunds while the shipment remains within the maximum delivery timeframe.

3. Refund & Return Policy

We are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and efficient return process.

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may qualify for a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product;

  • You receive an incorrect item due to our error.

After verification, Vainrow may provide:

  • a replacement product;

  • a full refund;

  • or another appropriate solution.

When the error is ours, return shipping costs will be covered by Vainrow.

🔁 Size Exchanges

If the wrong size was selected during purchase:

  • This is not considered a shipping or manufacturing error.

  • One size exchange may be available, subject to stock availability.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for:

  • return shipping costs;

  • reshipment costs;

  • any applicable customs or import fees.

❌ Returns Not Accepted

Refunds or exchanges may not be available for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer;

  • Change of mind after the applicable legal return period;

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items;

  • Delivery delays within the estimated shipping period;

  • Customs delays or import fees;

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;

  • Natural differences in color, texture, sizing, or fabric;

  • Promotional, clearance, or final sale items where indicated.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Vainrow.
